This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Heather Ann Johnson, who was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 3rd, 1983 and passed away in Portage, Wisconsin on January 18th, 2005 at the age of 21. We will remember her forever. Heather was such a wonderful person and was loved by so many people. She touched the lives of everyone she knew with her positive attitude and her wonderful smile. She is irreplaceable and will be forever missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. We love you Haj!
